not sure if you referring to the handling of NOVASTAN.
i am rather surprised how undervalued this is, given their pipeline. erica wang of PB calls it the biotech Gem. interestingly she has the habit of putting a 12 month target which is 25% away, when the stock moves 25% above her target, she moves up the target another 50% a month later.
