The position is simple: seek to appoint "strict constructionist" judges; overturn Roe v. Wade; let it be thrashed out in the political arena, and in each state. What is Buchanan going to say, "we can win a Constitutional amendment but we cannot win state to state"? There is no problem. Defederalize the issue.......
