Undiscovered!?

How long are you going to play this tune?

On one hand, you say everybody on Wall Street holds this stock.

On the other hand, you say it is undiscovered.

I don't follow your logic.

What I think is that many came, looked around, and decided the grass looks better at OPTV, WINK, etc.

Even Tudor may have decided to move on...he just bought an undiscovered B2B stock (NETM). When you realize that Tudor prefers to buy something like NETM instead of IATV, you really wonder what happened to this promising stock.

I attribute current problems to 3 things:

- Competition was faster to market than ACTV. Much faster. ACTV has been around for 10 years. Their competitors have been around for 2-3 years. Yet, their competitors already obtained the same level of tangible results.

- The Company is being built … la Malone. This way of doing things always put loyal shareholders at the bottom of the priority list.

- ACTV fails to defend its patents. Analysts interpret this attitude as a weak word that spells: We fear our patents are not defendable.

All this gives the situation you currently have. Good news roll in, but the stock goes nowhere.
