iSteelAsia says in JV with four Korean companies including Korea Thrunet. HONG KONG, March 1 (Reuters) - Asian steel trading Internet portal iSteelAsia said it would sign a joint venture agreement with four South Korean companies to develop business-to-business electronic-commerce in the Korean steel trade on Thursday. The four firms were TriGem Computer Inc , Korea Thrunet Co Ltd (NasdaqNM:KOREA - news), SK Global Ltd and e-Capital, a leading domestic Korean venture capital firm, the company said on Wednesday. ISteelAsia.com, which is applying for a listing on Hong Kong's Growth Enterprise Market, said it would sign the agreement in a ceremony at 3 p.m. (0700 GMT) in Hong Kong. It gave no further details. ISteelAsia, based in Hong Kong, was founded by a consortium of more than 20 steel industry enterprises, including Hong Kong listed Van Shung Chong Holdings Ltd and Shougang Concord International Enterprises Co Ltd . biz.yahoo.com
