Bob, I thought I should clarify a comment I made earlier regarding ALA and it's volatility, and offer a potential opportunity FWIW. The reason the ADR tends to move slowly is because it's 1/5 a share. I've watched it trade in Paris many times and it can be very volatile there. Therefore I expect the volatility of the ADR to change drastically, and suddenly, when the 5-1 Paris stock split kicks in (early May if I remember). Some cheap (for now) and simple options plays could be very profitable. Some late nite thinking<g>.
