To All,

Re: SEC Rules

Just to add to your DD, for those interested in why the PR contained the statement:

"SEC rules prohibit the company from identifying the investment banking firm."

Actually, it's a little boring to me, but it was easy to obtain with a Judge and a few lawyers in my family. If you're interested, look it up or ask your own attorney for it. I'm sure TSIG and the Investment Bank would have preferred it didn't exist, but it will all be released in a short time. Rules are rules. When will people stop looking for clandestine motives?

Please see The SEC General Rules: [paragraph 5711C] Reg. õ 230.135c (Rule 135c) Notice of Certain Proposed Unregistered Offerings.

Best always,

Marty
