Dear Joel; I think that when the SEC cloud is lifted, and presuming it was all air, there will be an initial POP. But, I do not expect the "POW TO THE MOON" after that. Much of the underlying companies that make up TYC are not of that high growth, "new economy" type. Rather the bread and butter must have type. They do throw off a lot of cash from their operations, and I presume, based upon their comments, future acquisitions will be for cash and debt not stock. Thus their future growth will be organic and acquisition combined but recorded as Purchases not Poolings so net income will not likely grow rapidly. But, this will be a good solid stock with predictable, growing earnings and stock price. JDN
