El - I'm basing it on the notion that management has a strong incentive to move the stock price up by that time. Closing on a CFO is one important piece - especially when we see the kind of guy they picked, strong in technology (graduate engineering degree in addition to law and MBA - as a guy who went through a graduate engineering program I can say that there is no way to "slide through"...) but there are lots of other things that they can close on which would accelerate the perception that CPQ is well positioned. The foundation is well laid and only lacks some proof points. Enthusiastic is maybe a little too strong, optimistic is probably closer...
