this rise maybe as skeeter bug mentioned. rmbs will be the new memory standard in the near furture. mu is poised to start mass production of rmbs chips. chip makers will make a lot more money producing rmbs chips than sdram. of course mu has drug their feet on rdram in the past and this may all be wishfull thinking. rocky ps. if mu DOESN'T announce rdram production soon, the house of cards will collapse.
