Everybody after reading the pr more times than I can count there is only one negative in the pr, and if you take out the fact that you might have a fewer shares when the dust clears. That is the only negative part of the pr. Everybody has been whining "there are to many shares in the float, its to big we can't move with so many shares outstanding" well that problem will soon be solved. The next one "the company has no money, they will close down, the IRS will close them down" well that problem will be solved soon. "Wall street will never look at TSIG they are on the OTC, mutual funds can't buy TSIG, it's a penny stock" well that problem will be solved soon. So can someone tell me again why everybody is pissed off?. Also a home work assisgment, can anybody show me a penny stock that has been OFFERED 40 MILLION DOLLARS equity investment period. And if there has been one, I'm willing to bet some money it is not on the OTC board and the share price is much higher than when the offer was made?. Anybody want to take my bet!!!!!!!!!!
