Yes, Tom, you heard this correctly. I think Pete realizes that ICGE is putting together an AWESOME TEAM that he won't be able to beat in the B2B space, and with their investment in ICGE, they own ICGE's portfolio by proxy regardless. If think you will find ICGE and SFE coinvest on many deals together, with ICGE focused on leading the B2B Digital Marketplace type deals and SFE leading on IT/Infrastructure type deals. This is very smart on SFE's part IMHO. Teflon
