The March 10 hearing should produce some kind of action almost immediately after that date, as courts do not take much time to decide on a preliminary injunction. If the court grants the SNDK motion, many companies and investors banking on Lexar will be worried, to say the least. If the court denies the motion, this whole matter will stretch out for at least the rest of the year, IMO. Art
