Countdown to name change and trading symbol change. You can be sure this will not occur without a campaign to inform and advise the brokerages and fill them in on the portfolio and intents and plans of the company. In my mind it's not unlike an IPO in a fashion. On the heels of this comes the Medsite.com IPO approx. April 10 th. The company wants to step up in share price to a validate an equitable funding increase.
Conclusion: Things are quiet NOW, are you holding the position you want?
