Art- I don't think we are talking about injunctive relief hear. All of the motions appear to be for "partial summary judgement" on substantive issues. SJ is tough to obtain - It means that there are no "material issues of fact" as to a claim and merely issues of law in favor of the moving party. It is conceivable that all motions could be denied as facts remain in issue as to the claims. IMHO Mike G.
