Lehman Names Chow as Head of Asia Pacific Internet Research 2/29/00 1:28:00 AM Source: Bloomberg News Hong Kong, Feb. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has named Juliette Chow as its head of research for Internet- related companies in the Asia Pacific, replacing Ravi Sarathy, who left to start his own Internet investment firm. Chow worked with Sarathy on the research team and has been with Lehman for six years. She has 'buy' recommendations on Japan's Softbank Corp. and Korea Thrunet Co. Sarathy, the bank's chief Asia Internet analyst and a key part of its push to do more business with the region's online companies, left Lehman on Feb. 21 with Lehman managing director Matthew Burlage, to start their own company to help finance and build start-up Internet companies.
