It may be that the financing will not be arranged until the other Question of how many of the minority shareholders will tender their shares. Not that the financing will be conditional upon that but more that having the financing in the bag would tend to make the minority shareholders less inclined to come to the offer.

Anyone know how long the minority shareholders have to accept or decline?
