CIO: Mr. Chris Powers, President of F@ction, has assumed
  the role of Chief Information Officer for Alottafun!, Inc.
  Mr. Powers' extensive experience includes developing and
  designing content for Time Warner and Cablevision for their 
  broadband cable modem service. He has also acted as a
  consultant to other large corporations in the development
  of their internet presence. With a background in multimedia
  and interactive design, he has also worked with Atlantic
  Records in the development of its online activities.

His appointment will enable us to achieve our stated
  objectives of providing a complete e-commerce platform at
  mraba.com, more quickly than had originally
  been anticipated.

One of the benefits of this acquisition is that we will now
  be able to perform many of the software development functions 
  in-house instead of outsourcing.
