I agree with your assesment. unfortunately we also have to consider the fact that the current P/E discounts a lot more success. We also have to consider that Costco's razor-thin margins and future growth may come under jeopardy with a few more interest-rate increases.

I thought the company could double in size from here. I still think it will. Unfortunately, I don't have the same feeling about the stock anymore unless interest rates tone down and retail gets out of a funk. The stop loss is to defend an already hefty profit. If the stock triggers it and falls much further I will buy back in when this sector turns around.

If I'm wrong and the stock keeps going up...fine and dandy.
