rudedog, Great point on attracting talent. The smart ones would probably want to head to Microsoft since the stock would hold more potential and more safety at the same time. MSFT differs from a company like Lucent that disappointed in earnings. MSFT is still firing on all cylinders and gaining steam. MSFT will surely come back. Too me it looks as if the stock has bottomed out around 90 and is about to move up. The ruling will probably result in a lot of buying in the stock. The bad news seems to have already been reflected in the stock price---it is probably overdone. Investors may have been painting too gloomy a scenario. I think it will finally start its upturn. That could be explosive if there has been a lot shorting recently.
