What is your take on this? Do you see this as a positive. I have talked to some of my friends in the mining industry in Canada, their opinion is that this a potentially great project but will it get off the ground because of all the problems associated with opening a mine, ie. environmental, impact studies, you know-- everything that the bureaucrats do generate work for themselves and others.

I get worried when a supposedly going company announces that it is going to "re-organize". I ask why?
