well the 'beef' has no sizzle! aside from that it was a simple question - the declaration to sell a controlling interest in securities that it owns.What securities do they own? Am I wrong to think that this suggests that they are selling control of the company? I realize that if I am right - this is aself serving nahnah - but I posted this asking for an interpretation that would counter this. None delivered. Heck IF they were shuffling the shell/TDC - you should all be happy. The stock could move into new hands - new ideas and new venture. Hence you'd likely make back your investment (except for Doug the bottom feeder who already has). Now that doesn't sound like such a bad scenario does it.
