Q valuation is predicated on Q's ownership of CDMA - in perpetuity. Erosion of future intellectual property rights - by MOT or other parties' innovation NOW will effect Q's valuation NOW, even if IPR royalties are only effected years down the road.

If CDMA turns down a non-Q-proprietary road in future, Q valuations must be rewritten.

For this reason, the MOT news places Q valuation in flux NOW until the MOT issue is resolved to Q's advantage. In my view, everything has changed until then. MOT is on its game, and news must be respected until disproved...

Would be a sorry day for Q engineering if true. Air of invincibility would vanish...
