Tommy,
Great questions. I too would be concerned if I did not stay in close contact w/ this play.
This is a great move for Redfern. Please hear me when I tell you that this project will get off the ground and will go into production.
RFR is the only company to hold a mining permit based on the new EA (enviormental assc) in BC. This permit has been reviewed and re-reviewed by sevral legal groups including the BC govt's own legal dept.

It is rock solid and gives RFR every legal right to mine. If the govt. stands in the way, RFR will be compensated for the loss of rights. Remember Windy Craggy.

In a nut shell, IMO, RFR is beginning the process to joint venture w/ a sig. partner. Thus the restructuring.

This project is not good, it is great. And, with the gradual reailization that it will go to production, money will flow in.

I am very excited about the future. But remember, not even RFR will pull ahead in these shitty metal markets.

Keep the faith and invest in RFR.

ZM

P.S. YOur friends are correct when they say there is a env and political concern. But they are not informed w/ facts regarding this project and the status of each concern.
