So far on a 45 minute chart its a failed test of top on the ND, but there is an uptrend its sitting on. I was short but have exited - I usually wait for confusion around trendlines to clear. Dips are as often fakes as they are breaks in this shorter time frames... The DOW is back in the trading range of the previous day; not a bullish development but not death yet either.
