There was a very long list of items which were to be included in the 601 program. It was in the release which announced that alcohol would not be included. That was around last April or May, I believe. (Gosh, has it been that long?)

I read that article on youth in Russia. What a sad, sad story. Unfortunately, the same conditions exist in many other places in the world. Take your pick. India, Siera Leone, Philippines....... I suppose it's nothing new, historically speaking, but it still makes me feel very sad for all the children of the world who grow up in total poverty.
