Looks like CICI is being attacked by short sellers.

No worries with CICI. Short sellers will eventually contribute to the upside momentum once this story really starts to fire - which basically could be any day. In a way, you've got to seriously wonder about traders who would pile major $ of their own accounts into a 1 point trading range. There are obviously much better short candidates for making money. In the long run, short sellers don't hurt good stocks, and eventually "buy to cover" en masse when news drives the stock. Remember ELON last summer? I watched a tug of war in the 7-8 range for a while... and we know how that tech story came to play itself out. I'm sitting tight on all my shares, and just waiting for the malodorous smell of shorts burning! This will all be a blip on the screen a few months down the road.
