INETCABLE.COM & USA VIDEO INTERACTIVE SCORE
A "COMPLETE SUCCESS" IN DEMO TO BROADCASTERS

ORLANDO, FLORIDA - March 1, 2000 - Inetcable.com's demonstration of its new Internet cable television web portal at the North American Broadcasters Association Annual General Meeting in Orlando, Florida last week was a "complete success," according to Inetcable.com's Chairman Stuart Duncan. "We showed beyond a doubt that TV and the Internet can converge in a way that provides high quality visuals with the full interactivity the next generation of communications technology will demand. This is the future of broadband technology, and the start of many full-scale deployments throughout North America involving us and our technology partners, USA Video Interactive."

Duncan credited the teaming of Inetcable.com's technical expertise and technology and the cutting-edge streaming video technology of USA Video Interactive (OTC BB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) with making the demonstration such a success. "The engineers collaborated on this first-in-the-industry system to take network TV signals at their source, encode and uplink them to satellites, then downlink these encoded signals to major Internet Service Providers, thus avoiding Internet congestion to deliver broadcast quality digital TV," said Duncan. "It was a most impressive demonstration."

The demonstration was conducted during the NABA Annual General Meeting held last week. It was attended by delegates from Canada, the United States, and Mexico, representing all areas of broadcasting. For a complete list of NABA members, visit www.nabanet.com.
