Re: MDIA - In my experience, an odd-numbered reverse split generally means that a reverse merger is coming, with the existing shares valued at a set dollar figure. They need to do the RS at that rate so it comes out even after they issue new shares to the company being vended in. It's NOT just a "we gotta get the price up" RS.

Certainly the activity indicates that something is happening. Plus a guy from Boca whispered in my ear last week (I should've bought then!) that some big players will be involved with the run... High risk, high reward. Disclosure: I own some.
