TENDER OFFER LAWSUIT If you too have not recieved your money from the tender offer from 4 months ago please email me at scolnik1@yahoo.com I intend file a class action lawsuit against Carnegie Partners and my broker. To sum it up; they took my shares and have not paid for them. I am boiling over in anger. Stuart
