Cenosis Inc. Announces the Appointment of Marcel Messier to the Board of Directors of its Subsidiary Kangacom
MONTREAL, March 1st /CNW-PRN/ - Richard Corbo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cenosis Inc. announces the appointment of Mr. Marcel Messier to the Board of Directors of its subsidiary KangaCom Inc.
Mr. Messier holds 25 years of experience within Bell Canada where he held numerous functions. From 1996 to 1998, he was Vice-President Inforoute and Multimedia, afterward became Vice-President, Business Community with Bell Emergis. For the last year he has been Vice-President, Information Technology, within Bell Canada. Mr. Messier is a member of the Board of Technomedia Formation Inc. and (CESAM). Mr. Messier joins the actual members of the Board Mr. Fran\007ois Lincourt, Mr. Henri Harland and Mr. Richard Corbo.
