TT, I called the IMXS phone number (a few months back) from their old SEC filings and it was disconnected. Andrew Copoccia is no longer Pres. of Imagex. GIFS fired him after going thru the books. Dr. Harry Neer did a business evaluation report and was retained to head up the reorganization.

Additionally, the Board is expected finalize decisions regarding the reorganization of Imagex Services Inc.,(Nasdaq BB: IMXS), based on a report prepared by neurologist, Dr. Harry Neer, who also holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) Degree and other solid credentials in the health care administration industry. Dr. Neer has been retained by the company to study and make recommendations regarding the restart-up and reorganization of the Imagex subsidiary.
If you go back to my list of IMXS questions, you'll find one relating to Copoccia's 5 yr contract and whether it was revoked. Needless to say, my questions are still questions. Was hoping you could have gotten some answered on your visit.
I made a follow-up phone call, a few weeks back, to Mike at GIFS, and left a message (he was in conference with Mo). Call was never returned. On that call, I asked Heather (the receptionist) if Dr. Neer kept an office there. He did not. I asked her for Dr. Neer's phone number, she put me on hold, went to ask someone, and returned saying she was not authorized to give it out.
So anyways, TT, you mentioned you met Amy (another receptionist). Can you try to get through to her and ask her (nicely) for Dr. Neer's office number, if in fact he exists (has she met him?), and whether he is working on the restart-up and reorganization of the Imagex subsidiary?
She might be more open to pass on info to someone she has met and can put a face to. Remind her IMXS has nothing to do with CRIC and the TRO. It is a separate public company with separate stockholders looking for some info through all this mayhem.
