Ian, It was and wasn't tongue in cheek. The veterans here don't need Dukers words of caution. Brian says it helps, but I bet he is looking for an exit price north of $300 ($100 after split). I have not posted my views in a while, because I would rather not convince Brian and lurkers to lower their expectations. Cary
