Final count: I saved $30 using Suretrade, but it cost me $2000 in losses + lost revenue. i'm not painting my trades. i'm looking at the black and white of this story, avoiding the "who's right." they have good costumer service, but the rest is one piece of cr*p.

i'm waiting for my trades to clear and the account should be closed for good within two weeks.

anyone who considers their service, i beg you to please take this post into consideration.

The number one you should consider is EXECUTION time, and whether you have time to cancel an order, being able to log immediately to your open order summery ---not wait 30 minutes to do so. you can't sue them for a slow system. this is a loss that you either learn from others and avoid, or experience it yourself.
