This is from Upton as to the big block traded today:

"A large Toronto mutual fund and a smaller Calgary institution had to sell out. It allowed some of our existing institutional holders to increase their positions at a very nice price. Our stock had been weak for the last 10 days since this large block was hanging over our heads. Now its gone maybe we can hope for some improvement."
