It looks like Ariel had to give the private placement stock away at about $4 per share (net to the company??), "raised $8.6 million through private placement of 2,151,000 shares",with below market warrants as a kicker to boot, "included a matching number of warrants with an exercise price of $6.875", with the stock trading at about twice the private placement price (closed today at $8.25). I just don't understand it!
