I could be wrong, but I do not think you could list a company that is trading at less than $5 on the NYSE ... nor on the NASDAQ for that matter... NASDAQ gave an ultimatum last year to all OTC BB stocks that were trading at less than $5, that by a certain date, they will be delisted as NASDAQ OTC stocks... don't remember the date though... so, there you have it, or at least that's what I know... best regards amein
