By far the best portfolio manager I have found is at the MSN site moneycentral.msn.com . It is free, but you must register with Hotmail. The various analyses are great, it is extremely easy to update with your trades, and is infinitely configurable. The portfolio can be exported into a tab-delimited file which can then be easily imported into Excel using Data - Get External Data - Import Text File.
