Virginia's House just passed a bill limiting MO's tobacco liability to a measly $25M in the Florida case. Sailed through without a dissenting vote. What does this do for arguments that the government really won't let the industry fail? And if so, where should MO be trading and what is its intrinsic value. I need help with this one, since I don't really understand the technicalities of a bill and eventual possible law in one state affecting the award handed down in another.

In terms of tech-like easy-to-understand stocks with Buffett-like qualities, I submit Pixar (PIXR).
