Dale, do you still follow BDE? I closed out my short profitably last year and I have been watching it climb back above 7. Today they filed a SC 13D: freeedgar.com On February 14 they sold a bunch to an investor at $2.50 a share. During the whole month of February the stock never traded below $5.50. "On or about February 14, 2000, Mr. Toibb purchased 486,000 shares of the Common Stock directly from the Issuer in a transaction not involving a public offering for a per share cash purchase price of $2.50 or an aggregate cash purchase price of One Million Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($1,215,000)." Sweet deal. I am not planning on shorting it again, even though management seems intent on screwing the shareholders.
