Dave, earnings won't be announced until after the close on 5/7 so there's still time for a runup. I think the MCD 55 cent promo has scared some folks. Foolishly, in my opinion. Problem or opportunity? I think opportunity. Remember, this is historically FM's worst qtr. of the year. Also comparison with last year will suffer because of a major income tax credit adjustment in last year's 2nd qtr. Arnie
