I really think it is a matter of Spencer is simply incompetent. But since it was definitely actions performed with him at the helm, he should feel personally responsible for how much money he has lost for the investors.

I think the stock price would at least triple overnight if he did nothing more than step down. And if he were to return all the stock shares to the treasury that he 'acquired' in the incompetent performance of his duties, then I am sure it would far more than triple!

Spencer, if you read this, I would like to hereby ask for your resignation!
