I've tried that before (owning parent companies), but never worked well. IDT vs Net2phone, DSPG vs AUDC. I think THI will eventually either spin-in with a fair market value or sell it to GLW/SDLI/JDSU at an outrageous price. Either way, I'm holding SPLI for its ability to make pumps.
