I agree, although the term inert is perhaps closer to fact than stable re NUOA. Jeff P's last proclamation that folks at NUOA were working day and night to produce a 10-k came and went as every other 'call from Jonathan'. Yes I read the filing from OASIS Jeff and it's a sad tale. A stock that ran from $6 to pocket change makes a series of excuses for failing to execute; no substantial plans or operations, an uncollectible judgment, several warnings regarding inability to fund further operations. This mess has the chutzpah to 'spin off' 5 non-operative shell subsidiaries. For the true investors who are annoyed by this nonsensical clutter in their portfolios you may be relieved to learn your broker can set up a side 'junk account' so they don't intrude on your screen. At least NUOA can be used as a tax loss to offset gains.
