MDIA, what did I say to convince you to buy it? Yes, I did say it could be another YNOT. I did not say it was going to be another YNOT.

I talked to the company when it had that recent run up, because someone PM'd back then telling me they heard it was going to do a Reverse merger.

Message 13013947.

I have to go back and read the filings, but I believe the reverse merger they were going to do with Ab tech was canceled. NULL and VOID. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

MDIA told me they didn't know why the stock was trading at those levels and why there was so much volume in it. They said, " look at the company based on fundamentals or lack of fundamentals, then make your decision." I said, I don't buy pennies based on fundamentals because nine times out of ten; the companies have no fundamentals."

I preceded to sell most of my position then. I held on to approximately 150k not because I wanted to, but because I forgot I bought some in my Wife's IRA account.

I probably would have sold most of it then.

Someone posted today that they heard of a reverse merger going on in it.

I did not reco MDIA as buy today or any other stock today that I discussed about being a buy.

I am hanging on to my shares because I am going to see how it all unfolds.

The SEC reads these threads almost daily any more. I don't want anyone to take anything out of context that I may say.

These message boards are a big part of our livelihood. Let's all keep everything in perspective.

Cheers
