I'm happy to hear the ZSUN case was thrown out of court. ZSUN was obviously trying to use the courts to silence its critics. Upgrade isn't in a fight with message board bashers. It is being targeted by some very big boys who have lost a ton of money going short the stock, believing it to be another otc bb scam. Upgrade isn't a scam. Its technology is real and a Beta test with a fairly large German company was just announced this week. All I ask is that you take a closer look at the company, its subsidiaries, its partners and their directors and employees. You might discover that Upgrade has surrounded itself with some truly top-flight talent. upgd.com etc.
