Stephen, although I am stunned by the pricing, I agree with you to the point. The fact that this is a deal managed by GS and MSDW, two most successful underwriter, makes PALM at 80+ an almost given. These guys know their stuff. They wont take the chance and screw up this most widely watched deal. As to valuation, anyone pls explain me why JNPR, SCMR, WEBM are worth what they have today?
