ROTFLMAO: you folks have forgotten one thing. This has become a Quebec thing. Suddenly Quebec has diamonds. That means it has become a nationalistic issue. The Quebec press is alive with tales of the great diamond find,...and it is becoming a pride issue. The government is rumored to becoming involved. PHPI,...and I'm holding for much higher values,...for nationalistic reasons (ggggggggggggggggggggggg). Hamster floating all over the cage.
