Good luck, but you haven't been reading these posts. I was the first one IN to confirm.

Being closed out isn't the problem. It's overtaxing the the THREE Fidelity systems (phone and WEB and people) that is.

It's like calling your mother on Mothers day when 100 million other Americans try to do it at the same time.

OR

It's the warning we all got from our local BELL operating company NOT to pick up the phone at "millenium hour" to see if we got a dial tone.

PS: The fun (not best) part of tomorrow is the war stories on how much we asked for and DIDN'T GET!! <VBG>. This was a very taxing event!
