I'll explain it to you. In order to create rate adaptability
and improve susceptability to noise, RADSL divides up the frequency
spectrum like DMT. However, the methodlogy that DMT uses to divide
the spectrum up is more efficient and more cost effective than the
technique that CAP RADSL uses. Ergo, DMT will be cheaper and better
than CAP RADSL.

These are the facts Will. This is not to say that a specific
implementation of CAP or DMT would not be different. But algorithmically
CAP doesnt stand a chance.
