P.S.N. Once again..thanks for the response. Looks like you and I are the only dreamers, looking for that perfect like "gem!" BTW..what is the difference between a clean shell and one that is dirty?? Does it have to do with debt or not being a reporting company?? TIA..hope some others joing the fray.. I will take a look at TRPC...are you invested?? Augs
